A naturally sparkling, gently tangy fermented drink made with pineapple, sugar and spices - easy, refreshing and festive — no special cultures or grains required.
2️⃣ Fermented Cranberry Chutney
A vibrant, tangy, aromatic chutney - perfect with cheese boards, roasts or leftovers.

3️⃣ Red Cabbage & Apple Spiced Sauerkraut
We’ll make this together in real time so you can finish the session with a jar ready to ferment on your countertop - a colourful, festive take on a classic staple for digestion and gut health..
